How we work together for healing
Purpose: Support the body to release physical and emotional congestion, to bring about better circulation of arterial blood, venous blood, nerve supply, lymph and energy
Abdominal therapy can provide relief if you deal with:
What to expect in an Abdominal Therapy treatment:
It begins with a comprehensive exploration of your personal health story. The full in-person Abdominal Therapy treatment involves working the external aspects of your entire abdomen, back, hips, and sacrum, which optimizes the circulation of all the systems in your body. We call this NAVEL: Nerve, Arterial and Venous blood, Energy, and Lymph.
Most conditions require a minimum of two to three sessions to observe measurable change, although individual needs may vary. Consistent self-administered abdominal massage at home has been shown to result in noticeable symptom improvement.

While the work I’ve performed as a nurse practitioner has been meaningful, I’ve sensed that something vital was missing. This sense has eventually led me to the discovery of the study of intuitional medicine- a subset of energy medicine. As we speak I am currently enrolled in a 2 year program at the Academy of Medical IntuitionⓇ, and I look forward to offering this healing modality to you as it unfolds in my life! How intuitional medicine can help you: • Discover the underlying cause of your symptoms • Find symptom relief and feel better in your body • Learn to ground/center • Regain awareness of your body, mind, and soul connection • Clear out stagnant energy that causes dis-ease
Do you find yourself dreading or avoiding challenging and vulnerable conversations with others, fearing it might end up in discomfort, pain, or disconnection? Our thoughts and the words they produce carry energetic weight, which either positively or negatively impact our health and that of those around us. Thus learning to think and speak love and compassion to ourselves and to others is vital to our overall wellbeing.
Compassionate communication* helps facilitate this shift by identifying our feelings and needs, connecting us back to ourselves and to those around us. I look forward to integrating this coaching into our sessions together.
